In other news, I'm gonna get some trans fluid tomorrow for a flush and fit the steel pan that @El Andrew gave me. I've already got a gasket and filter here. There was a bit of slippy slip happening so I'll see if new fluid helps. If not it's trans tuning time. The outer rim will poke out 10.4mm more than before." but do you mean the actual clearance from the top of the tyre itself to the upper-control-arm ball-joint? won't know that for sure until you test-fit, but it should fit.
