It's only a problem if you over-correct, in terms of supplementation of diet, with the "diet" versions of those drinks. I just drink pepsi-max for the flavour :)

No it’s legit a problem having any to be fair if you do so research

have done enough research to know that it adds a negligible percentage chance of all-cause-mortality... I'm OK with it :)

Lol

by by all means I’m not telling people how or what to drink... so whatever u want... I’d say there are far worse dietary choices... however I just find it ironic people choose diet drinks which make them sicker than the sugary alternatives lol. Also I can’t stabd the taste, it’s  like a chemical chit fest, but to be fair I think I have a sensitivity to it coz Diet Coke and Coke Zero make me wanna charf.... Pepsi max ain’t so bad of all the diet drinks.

Pepsi Max is the only one I can really stand - would go soda water before any of the others.

There's a few bits of info/data that's missing from many claims of this.

Such as:

However, the risk was still half that of regular sugary drinks. Other studies have found similar results

but the risk was much smaller than for regular soda

Most of the research on artificial sweeteners and diet soda has found no evidence it causes cancer

etc

Most say "Diet soda increases the risk of.........." but fail to mention the degree it raises the risk is still well below that of full sugar soft drink.

I can’t find the info as it was in a physical text book not the inter webs... and it has nothing to do with ok factors or cancer blah blah... and everything to do with it changing the way your body them processes sugar which leads to long term issues. It’s way too long to explain but if you understand in depth how the body breaks down sugars etc, it would make sense if you read it. I might try and dig it up if I can be fhhhhukd l8r

Not everyone breaks down sugars the same, which is a particularly important consideration when deciding whether to drink diet soda or full sugar soda.
