It's just sore on top of the shoulder where the joint is and also if I move my arm across my chest. Sh*t happens ay, I'll get back to it in a couple of weeks or so. Motocross, basketball and work have contributed to my right shoulder being a 5-7 year nightmare for me. It never seems to heal after an injury or never recovers back to 100%.
