Not warming up enough to handle heavy weights I think. Look up where the ac joint is in the shoulder. I'm surprised it got strained but it did so now it's gotta rest.

oh, I know where it is, having strained it before... the shoulder is such a weird and weak joint... it's where I get the most DOMS because of the lack of possible base strength in that area #becauslanky

I've never strained that part before and it feels weird cos if I'm resting it's hardly sore at all and none of the muscles around it are sore.

 

It's just sore on top of the shoulder where the joint is and also if I move my arm across my chest.

 

Sh*t happens ay, I'll get back to it in a couple of weeks or so.

Be very wary of over doing it when comes to ya shoulders Nath.

Motocross, basketball and work have contributed to my right shoulder being a 5-7 year nightmare for me. It never seems to heal after an injury or never recovers back to 100%. Rotator cuff and AC joint are both stuffed.
