It took me years to get back to normal sleep patterns. One thing that still remains though is it turned me into a light sleeper. Right now they wake up at 6:30am to 7:00am and it's on like donkey kong ie; me or the wife get up then breakfast, netflix and various levels of fighting each other. The tv is always off for meal times. I thought they would sleep in as they got older but I haven't seen it yet. Edit: Ni-night slacker, our tree went up today.
