if the car turning right had an indicator on and intended to turn right, then that person is in the right as it's unsafe to overtake on the right (for obvious reasons).

if that person just randomly slowed down and turned without any warning, the onus is on the person traveling behind to make sure that the car in front is not collided with.

Love the camera set up there rab.

So clear.

Now how come they don't  have camera set ups in pubs like yours.

Crimestoppers say "police need help identifying persons of interest (because the video quality is so poor)" haha.

I dunno rab that first vid looks like the silver car is about to turn left then changes their mind.

The van is in the wrong either way. What the rush is I dunno.

Yeah - I got the idea the car was turning left or pulling over the first time I watched it, but looks too smooth and too quick - would depend what indicator she had on. I think there's a glimpse of the right hand one flashing just before they connected.

Will let them have the copy and up to them if they CSI "enhance" it - not looking good for the bloke though.

30fps at 1080p (2mp) they're not bad cameras and I agree that they're clear as but the 4mp hikvision would do a poop all over it.
