Holidays..........LOL. I was told by my boss back in may that I have to many hours and need to takes some. Sure

Booked 2 weeks in Sept school holidays. cut short to 1 week only.

Booked 2 weeks over new years...........not approved.

Booked 1 week in FEB 17 for country titles..........not approved.

Book 3 weeks in March 17 for state champs.........Approved.

By the time my next holidays come around in March I'll have even more when I first meet with boss. GO FIGURE!!

that's got to be one of the most annoying things about working for an employer...

 

oh, you've accrued annual leave... *you can't have too much accrued annual leave*...  I'm like, well.. I have 11 weeks leave but they wont approve of any and have almost 4 months long service. Cant take long service because I have to much leave........Dumbasses!!

that's a lot of leave... just schedule like 6 months off, see if they approve it :spoton:

Did lol. My ex was a teacher and was like that. Literally said she wanted to take a break from teaching...but had no plan, no anything else. Too much extra work outside work hours, apparently. Fark, try working 12hr days!

Don't get me wrong - I think (most) teachers do a great job and it can't be easy, but damn, they get like 3 months off a year and some act like they're deserving of more.
