Everything hurts this morning

But it was a good few days, abseiled into three caves & we did four xaves in total over Saturday & Sunday, not many photos as the old Galaxy S3 flash couldn't cope but when our guide comes back to work, we should get a few more from his Nikon.

still sick :( stay clear of anyone whose sick. Worst thing to hit me in 5+ years and I'm relatively fit and healthy.

That sucks.

Started getting a sore throat yesterday, so hit the Chemist for some Difflam and been gargling that every 3 hours as directed.

We are down on staff this week so I don't want to get sick if I can help it.

Got a headache today, so hit another Chemist up for Panadol, as I take blood pressure medication they recommended it instead of Neurofen.

Finger's crossed I don't get any worse.

Man if you are sick I hope you don't go through the 1-2 days of being bed ridden!

Now I feel 'really good' from all the pseudoephedrine and other over the counter drugs I've been taking and I'm seriously craving greasy fried foods. no way I'm going to drive.

Also been answering calls from potential clients, still managed to get two jobs booked in for next week.

p.s. your arm looks like a typical IT workers arm. SteveR might be able to confirm this...
