Having flashbacks to Zone Alarm (had to reformat every machine I tried using it on)

And a bad definition rollout to VET Antivirus (false positived on a windows update after it was loaded and decided Windows was a virus and locked it down totally - not even allowing a rollback)

Trend's worse, it just locks the machines up all the time and slows them down to a crawl.

We tried uninstalling ti all from the console and half the machines still have it either fully installed or the service installed and no add/remove programs listing for it.

Trend don't even have a manual uninstall method and all we keep getting told is "it's with the developers".

The Security guy is alright, it's just the management we deal with are super paranoid, plus brand damage is a big concern for us.

gotta say, painting is one of the least relaxing things for me, as I'm a perfectionist and it takes a lot of patience to get paint perfect...

+1

Painting the house drove me insane. Then you look at the previous "professional" job in the wardrobes where they couldnt even be arsed sanding the joins or painting above the doors on the inside. Why the fark did I bother. High gloss can also eat a fat one. If its not the right ambient temp fkn forget it. For what seems like a simple job its very frustrating and mundane..

Yeh I agree and that's why last time I paid to have my house painted and at the end of the day it was cheap for nearly a solid week of work for two painters

seriously considering having them back to do the next round of painting even though it's only a few rooms !

they were probably stoned... all painters smoke it hahahah

What annoys me a little is most things are taking 3 coats to look right :(

least it'll be done really soon and I can be back to crawling through roofspaces and pulling cables.....
