She just messaged to say she's not feeling very well and has pretty much been sleeping all day, so not sure she can make it out tonight, but is free tomorrow arvo or Sunday morning. I had a feeling something like this was coming...

Maybe you mentioned it to her and she was thinking you must be infirm or disabled or something and thus cancelled tonight

I disagree. We are a non-natural-light-dependant society You can have a date at any time and any day (within reason) and it'll be just as impressive/useful/helpful/etc, imho. I disagree, a night situation is more easy going and usually a much better date as well as a LOOOOOT more fun than a day/morning date which I see as a back track in this situation. She may not be feeling 100% confident on the second date situation but doesn't mean she isn't interested, more slowing it down.... dont let it get inside your head @.Stripes. just organise another meet and be your self. try not to over think it :D

In saying that, girl I went out with a couple of times last break had our first date out for dinner on a Friday night, then second date was a couple of drinks on a Sunday arvo...but I dunno, I guess this feels different coz I actually kinda like this one, where as I wasn't really bothered which way things went with the other girl. I dunno, it's weird hey...the things she said and did the other night I thought seemed all positive, even the message she sent me the next morning (saying thanks for dinner and a link to a video clip to watch on YouTube) seemed positive...but, again, perhaps I'm over thinking it, but the stuff she has/hasn't responded to (in my replies I mean, I haven't been sending her bulk texts or anything) since has kinda made me wonder... Part of me just wants to be upfront and just ask if she's not feeling it or something...but if it is genuine that's she's just crook and is actually interested, then I'll come across insensitive and like a jerk. Alternatively, if it's just an excuse I'll know where I stand and can just deal with it.
