Its low 400's and similar properties in the area are 800+k in better shape obviously. Problem is ive wanted a place like this for ages and cant see me selling it if I was going to put in the work. Still mulling over even calling up about it. Didn't need to book an inspection...just drove up the creepy overgrown driveway at 6:30pm and looked around the unlocked abandoned haunted house in the dark with my phone torch.....as you do I would also need to sell my current place right away which im not really ready to do....Its crazy thoughts stuff...bit spur of the moment but its more about the opportunity Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
