What are you distilling?Notice its a column still not a pot still...

The one we've just finished is our first ever crack, normally all our work is stainless steel, never done a still before either.

Massive learning curve as you can imagine but seems to be plenty of demand out there and the client is over the moon about his new toy so hopeful the feedback plus a bit of marketing leads to further work

Will throw up a few pics of the finished setup complete with condenser in the next day or so

We've had a crack at many things: moonshine, vodka, gin, rum, bourbon. Our gin is particularly good in my opinion. It's good fun, but a bit time consuming.......

Is it too early to crack a can yet? (Pork ribs are on the BBQ - seems as if it's compulsory)
