Morning all. Weekend is always good up here, coz once it's over it's not long until I fly home for break! :dancing:

Been decent this swing though, had a few things on keeping me busy and engaged, so it's actually gone pretty quickly.

Yeahhhh, been pretty slack this week Biz. Generally, I've been keeping up the fitness side of things but knowingly eating too much sh*t food. This week I kinda hit a wall where I just CBF doing anything and have just spent my nights after work watching tv and relaxing. Played squash twice, but wasn't even that intense, so not a great week. Know I need to up the ante and change things up though...starting to feel a bit blergh! How's things going for you?

I gotta stop drinking and smoking sh*t is farking killing me. Been lazy with food prep. Still smashing gym each day. Just the gut wont go because I love beer. :(

Chest infection for the last 10 days doesn't help to.

Yeah, I've been drinking and snacking way too much lately hey! Been camping out in one of the segregated offices the last couple of swings at work and found it way to easy to graze on biscuits and sh*t. Doesn't help that one of my good mates is a terrible influence with going to the shops for chocolate and stuff. I know, ultimately, it's all my own choices...so I need to start making smarter ones, or else I'll completely undo all my hard work :ermm:

Hey stripes. Don't be too hard on yourself mate. The fact you are keeping up even a bit of squash is great.

We need to unwind every so often and let yourself graze on snacks etc, otherwise it's too easy to just say 'f*ck it' and give up on diet and exercise completely.

Agreed, and that's why I've just kinda gone with the week of being lazy...but my work clothes are starting to feel a bit tighter, so that's not a great sign haha.
