There's no proper pantry and I feel like bench space would be an issue, compared with the other designs. Problem you've got is that toilet taking up the space where a pantry should go. Plus, I'm not sure I like the idea of having to go through the kitchen to get out into the alfresco... Because you could easily put a raised floor in the media room. Except the built ins in the 2 to 4 bedrooms are stupid.

It has more selling features and the lay out is good. But also considering these two.Brisbane: Its second but down side is the kitchen area. No storage/pantry Cove: Is all wrong you dont want to be sharing your ensuite with guest. But saying that you can remove the door and block it off. The pantry looks like a last minute job because they forgot to add one, its in the wrong place. Maybe move the Theatre and Alfresco around that way the pantry can be put somewhere better. This would also allow for a drive through garage. Edited 10/05/15 01:36 AM by Pixy Angel

They are relaxing boundary clearance laws to help this out. If you plan in advance you can even share a slab/wall with your neighbour to move as close to one side of the lot as possible. The old 1/4 acre dream is just that. Even the old 600m2 blocks that a lot of subdivisions favored is now gone.Me is sitting pretty on 2200m2. And since I live on a corner I could easily sell off half of it. I'm not convinced on the floating wall thing between the bed and the WAR. You reckon it'd look better without the nook in the wall (I.e. Just flat wall) and maybe extend it on one side to the ensuite? That way when you walk into the room it looks like a normal room, but then when you walk around the other side of the bed on the website side there a large WAR? That WIR behind the bedhead is what I will do when and if I extend my house. Go to a display home mate and check out what they do with those WIR behind the bed like that. I think they are a great idea and if there is ever a missus stripes she will love you for it.
