Did a couple of thousand K's in this around the UK, bloody nice car to drive except for 2 things.
Diesel engine noise is overbearing to the point of insanity.
Euro design all the steering column controls are ass backwards....I lost count of how many times I either turned the wipers on when trying to make a turn or flashed some poor barstard when trying to give the windscreen a squirt.

No piks of flashing or squirting....

I wonder if it was running the old single turbo diesel dags?

The current 2.4 Twin turbo is a quiter and a bit more fun.

As for the controls that's just a personal thing, I switch between my ford (ex) and Volvos so often and have adapted quickly.

Not sure on the donk didnt really take much notice other than the noise, it got up and got goin alright though for a barge ass.

Definitely impressed by the features on it too, there are some clever hidden gems in there like the center console in the rear and the inbuilt booster seats for kids.

We were supposed to have been in a Bimmer and I thought we got the short end of a stick when we picked it up but it turned out to be a better vehicle all round for us. I dont think we would have even gotten the 3 suitcases in the back of the bimmer.
