Don't stress to much mateI used to get around 3-4hrs every day. Work nights come home get the kids breakfast, ready for school, take them to school x2 weeks do class reading with the kids come home clean up in bed around 1030 - 11 sleep back up at 2pm to get ready to pick the kids up from school.
