Reps from supplier already admitted it was their f*ckup. And costs are already huge. 20 mixed loads dumped at $1500 each, 15t machine hire, the builders costs for being pushed back a month etc

I can't recall ever having a kebab sober and feeling good afterwards, but on the way home after a big night they work perfectly.

The way the meat is cooked and shaved off while the inside of the spindle is still raw, at the perfect temperature for breeding bacteria, and oozing blood in to the outer flesh is the perfect recipe for disaster.

Not too bad for red meat but it's got me fcked how they can get away with cooking and serving chicken that way. If any other type of food business was caught doing sh*t like that they'd be shut down immediately.
