Has had a bad reputation in years past but is becoming popular and civilised.. Building code is more flexible here, than closer to the city although it still depends a lot on what area you are thinking about building and where.. Many new houses going up in this area and is only beaten by Ipswich (work that out) in SE Queensland's largest growth area....I have lived in many places around Oz and would have to rate Redcliffe as a 7 out of ten (no surf) or it would get more... Delfin have finished their work here at Forest Lake and have moved further out into the Ipswich area. Lots of development in the Springfield area.
