Thankfully it's cheaper to eat discount crap pizza than cook a wholesome meal for your family. Bakery seems more of a treat in my opinion whereas pizza has become a staple.

Have looked at Dominos & Eagle Boys, both good models that are still showing a sh*tload of growth with potentially spectacular returns but a lot of hard work, stupid hours and major commitment.

And I'm not sure I'm ready for dealing with employees again just yet...especially unskilled juniors with attitudes. Much easier to just get in to the grind and draw your salary every fortnight and whinge about work. :)

Had a lot of experience dealing with Pizza chains HQs. Both Dominoes and Evil Boys

have spectacularly lifted quality and service in recent times with Pizza hut's

boxes being more edible than their contents

Retail margins are huge with the right volumes.

The risk is in saturation of franchises within a geography. Ask any one who has bought

a Jims in the past. Making a boggin load one minute, starving to death the next.

There is no risk to the master franchisor. Just the poor chimp with their pills in the vice

They seem to be fairly tight on their territories, one of them even to the point that they audit delivery data and if you're found to be delivering within a neighbour's territory rather than passing the order to them then you have to hand over the cash.

But yeah...there's nothing stopping that from changing and your territory getting smaller once your sales figures get up there.

If you can get some guarantee on distribution, might well be worth looking at.

Cost of entry then becomes the issue and subsequent ROI.

Cash flow will be a big challenge in the medium term IMO.

I'm a fan of people creating jobs and money,

Just don't expect any topping's on a Trent Super supreme.

Hahahhaha a labor pizza

I could do the Ilowra street and Waterworks road return trip

to Mcafees look out quicker in a 1984 escort then the phoon
