Bakery seems more of a treat in my opinion whereas pizza has become a staple.Have looked at Dominos & Eagle Boys, both good models that are still showing a sh*tload of growth with potentially spectacular returns but a lot of hard work, stupid hours and major commitment. And I'm not sure I'm ready for dealing with employees again just yet...especially unskilled juniors with attitudes.
