Blaming Pazz does seem the easiest option. But I'm having sleeping issues every night...and Pazz isn't over that often. So the problem isn't him.

Haha sorry pazz.. But the kebab reference made you the only one I could direct that video at...

On a side note Adie.. Typical little things like:-

-Cutting Caffeine after 2pm

-Cutting Carbohydrates after 4pm

-Read a book instead of watching TV etc.. 1 hour before bed.

-No TV or digital stuff (incl mobile phones) in the bedroom.. Bedroom should be for sex and sleep only..

Many things you can try to get a better sleep happening.. Try and avoid any form of sleeping tablet.. I always found that even though I'd sleep with those.. It'd be a sh*t nights sleep and I felt like crap waking up..

-eat coffee beans

-snort pasta

-mute the tv and crank loud music so the people on tv look like they are singing the lyrics

-light the book on fire

-have sex

-take a bottle of sleeping pills

-sleep

Thanks for the advice SIP, but I already do most of that.

I fall asleep easily enough. It's staying asleep that's the issue.

Then your problem could be ambient noise related..

Are you scared of where you live?

Alternately this may sound stupid... Download the sleep noises app for your iPhone and let it play rain noise all night.. Works a treat..
