Typical little things like:--Cutting Caffeine after 2pm-Cutting Carbohydrates after 4pm-Read a book instead of watching TV etc.. 1 hour before bed.-No TV or digital stuff (incl mobile phones) in the bedroom.. Bedroom should be for sex and sleep only..Many things you can try to get a better sleep happening.. Try and avoid any form of sleeping tablet.. I always found that even though I'd sleep with those..
