4G is spectacular!!

I have a 10gig per month 4G connection for my work laptop.. You could kill that in a night.. I have used it for GTA IV, Diablo III and a few other games online.. So much better then my home broadband..

But yes Optus is sh*t.. They sold us a USB modem a few years back when I lived in the centre of town.. And 2 bar signal..

52.18 Mbps here in the city on 4G...but Matt won't see 4G for about another decade out in the sticks in any case.

If you do get a 4G usb modem you can get a router for about $75 that'll give your 4 gigabit ethernet ports + wifi. Set that up for the olds and it works brilliantly.

But you still get raped on price. Especially compared to paying $49 a month for 500gb downloads (uploads not counted) on ADSL2. Does that make you feel better? :tonguepoke:
