Went to TAFE in Rockhampton and worked on Keppel for a while. Them were the days. Every time I go back I can't see anything different, it's like the whole area is frozen in time. I couldn't do my Tafe in Rocky.. Southbank was the only Bakers Tafe around in the day..Keppel wasn't too bad.. We used to do a fair bit of stuff for keppel back in the baking days.. I.e. started refurbishing years ago and ran out of money. The Southbank setup was/is pretty awesome. Getting a chubby just thinking about the patisserie kitchen actually.
