Apparently the next one with be hand-checked before it leaves dana.... Just a stupid situation really. It's not my dealerships fault, it's not the parts guys fault, it's not really even Fords Fault as generally the diffs are quiet when new (well my 1st and 2nd were) they just get noisy within 5000km or so.....Somewhere someone stuffed up a design spec and it's gone pear shaped..
