I can also see that the distortion to the deburris in the aerial bundle conductors no longer has any machinability and is causing the tachogenerators and hanger bearings to chamfer causing edge buildup

If the convertor wasnt mounted correctly then the pump would of said see ya later on start up,id be getting the thing torn down and looked at to see whats actually done in their,the add on ebay represents 10% of what should be done to a tough BTR so I hope your recipt showed alot more Kosij.Better to know now whilst its out so if anything else needs attention to sustain your required abuse it can be done without the need of removal again and possible hurt thrown down the line to other parts.
