People always say "but it's family" or "nothing's gonna happen" and 90% of the time nothing might go wrong but initial butt covering is cheap insurance.Solicitor can also handle all name searching and registration for you.If you wanna do it yourself I can step you through a rather detailed process but I recommend speaking to a professional first.. Especially since you're talking a partnership..Now is also a good time to consider the family trusts of both partners.. If you both involve your family trust as the directors of the company (in your name of course) and only draw a wage.. You can partially use your kids (present and future rascals) as a tax dodge.. He would be ruined. SDP I'll talk to soliciter. I wasn't sure where to start. The family trust thing Is a good one too.

Years ago family trusts were a complete tax dodge.. Now they can only write off a certain amount ($3-5k per kid under 18).. But better then a kick in the teeth.. Gist of em both are:Core I7 3920X24-32gig Ram (both include 8-16gig but can support 32.. I'll upgrade that myself)Both with twin 240 gig intel SSD..One has GTX 680MOne has ATI 7970 crossfire (I may of gotten that number wrong)GTX one is a 17" monitorATI one is a 18.4" alienware..What's the better graphics card? Given the significant cost difference of these two computers I don't wanna get screwed over paying a sh*tload more for the Alienware.. Thoughts?
