(Do you have busy and slow periods?)The days are a bit weird at the moment, super busy up to 10am and then quiet till 12, then busy until 1:30 and quiet again. Old man was prez of the city of syd rsl since christ was playing break away for randwick.it's a young mans game and a great way to see the world. You finally walk out of the kitchen 20 hours after walking in and get paid the minimum wage...that's "chef"ing.But yeah it's all a bit of a farce.
