Meant to do 2 per year but I've never attended one, neither have a few others. Benefit from it is 1. can see a live concert/football/rugby game etc and all we need to do is stand there and take donations, and for doing it for the 3-4 hours we get a full day in lieu. A few mates over there get it as well..All my accrued time is either time off at 1 for 1 or paid out at penalty rates at the end of the pay period..I take penalty rates..
