If I have a central locking key thing from another car can my T send a signal to reset it to work for it???<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Probably not much help to you but it works the other way around, every keypad is different and your vehicle is trained to respond to specific keypads.I know the AU was just pressing the demister button three times to enter learning mode, but I wouldn't have a clue with the BA - could possibly be the same.Trent. You, Ezy10z, sit neatly in this description. You had good experiences with them and that's great for you, but try not to blindly think that they are aces to all. To do so would simply be totally narrow minded, immature and foolish. Your actions are as silly as those who criticise people for saying that they have brake issues or diff clunk in their BA just because you don't. The whole world doesn’t revolve around you and your mods, but like I said, feel free to start your "I love aps" thread and see how many people join you Don't kids just say the darndest things??? What sort of power does the X5 put out, and can you live with it?I am looking at the Diesel 3.0. Fuel economy is fantastic (10 around town, 7 hwy) and if I was going down this path I am resigned that this car is not for performance but more to cruise around.I believe they are around 180kw, with the 4.4 flagship being 240kw, but sucks the juice like a $2 *beep*.... Have not read one bad press release on it....

Last I heard the list made the original 6 month wait for a XR6T look like childs play.My old man was looking at one 6 months or so ago, and I think there was a 12 month wait for the diesel at that point. Petrol models were easy to get, both the 3.0 6cyl and the 4.4 V8. Having said that, the diesel would be sweet, nice relaxed cruising, bulk torque all the time.Nice choice though. Yeah Trumpy I heard they are in high demand. I would be looking at a Demo model or something with 20,000 or less kays on it, as I have learnt my lesson too many times before with buying new cars.....I cannot believe the pricing it is all over the shop for a second hander, you can sometimes get a newer one, cheaper than an older one with more k's on it
