When I had the accident I paid my insurance, then made the claim. No dramas.Spoke to my broker just now - she suggested I get the claim for the rear sent to her, and let my insurance company chase the other insurance company.And here I was thinking it was gonig to be easy when I got a call from the insurance company a day after the accident, asking me to send a quote through. But not always give it back.When I got rear ended once I fought for ages as the underside of the boot (where the spare goes) was completely farked and the repairer patched it with sikaflex.
