If you know what I mean. The tank itself is usually kept full (at 3qtr at the moment because of power outage over the weekend). They test for water and bacteria etc and extract/treat as required...but our setup is fairly full-on with main tank in the basement and day tank on the roof 25 storeys away etc. so don't really want it fcking up.
