For a Butcher I can highly reccommend the Butcher Shop at West End Markets in BNE.

Vietnamese people own it (and no its not dog meat because I have eaten that in China) and it has the best dead cow I have ever eaten anywhere either in a restaruant, pub, bistro or barbeque anywhere in the world.

I used to buy a full rib for about $55, chop it up to feed 6 people the best 500g rib eye steaks I have ever eaten in my life.

Highly, highly recommended...!
