Nice work, what have you been doing? skipping breakfast? :laughing:

Eating fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch. Normal dinner. While I'm off studying 5 km walk in the morning, couple of quick weight sessions to break up the day & a 15-20km exercise bike session before dinner.

When at work, get plenty of walking through the city so just do the weights & exercise bike session once I get home.

Should be at 90kg by the end of July & end goal of 85kg sometime after that.

Not drinking at all for over a month has helped alot too.
