Long weekend for WA, PH on Monday. Good to have a 3 day weekend every once and a while 😄

I'm always asking my bosses if I can work 4x10hr instead of 5x8hr... 3 day weekends every week would be fantastic :) ... no luck as yet

Keep pushing, few companies have been participating in 4 day work week studies. Overall not bad results. Some companies workflow & results improved while others worsened. Its a subject that will take time and research but I believe it can work!

I obviously agree with you and stand by the research done. But obviously it's a bit harder to convince management of it since they're like... "we need you on both Monday and Friday..." lol

I want a 3 day weekend with 4 working days, not: 2 day weekend, two working days, 1 day off, two working days :)
