Nah man just grab it and pull it, it'll come out. Undo the guard shown in the pic, bend the whole guard out a bit then let it settle and tighten it back up. It might work for you, can only try.

ahh yeah, I can't be bothered even taking the front bar off again :P got more important problems to fix (e.g. the exhaust position for the replacement rear bar)... the bar goes in and stays in that section where it's to a "point" at the front, but it's not a solid seal/connection so going over a few bumps causes it to fall out... I just park up, notice it's fallen out again and just nudge it back in every time...

Haha I reckon that's how 90% of people fix their front bar issues, just give it a nudge with the leg whenever it pops out :spoton:

so damn true... the amount of effort just to take the splash guard off is immense, let alone those bloody plastic scrivet/clip thingo's and how fiddly you have to be to get 'em out ahha

that has to be a setup, but it's funny to watch :) 

 

I'm just lazy... I should go out and get the front bar and rear bar sorted... hmm
