Haha also paid $300 for it cos no one could diagnose it, but it's in great condition for the age

Haha so I spent a couple of hours on the internet to work stuff out, paid $80 for a new main relay which is just two relays in one and that solved the running/starting problems. I chucked 4 new tyres on for $38 each as the old ones were mismatched although serviceable, various service items such as oil, filter, fuel filter and pump, trans fluid, a couple of globes, the usual new to you car stuff and rego. All up was the cheapest car I've bought for years...and the most reliable lol

Another workshop couldn't solve it either and I bought it as is, not running. It goes alright but you can't shift to first manually as is not on the shifter, so it can be a slug around 40kph if it gets stuck in second, even though it'll pull to 60 in first. From the line to top speed it is as fast as a na barra or 90's commodore. To sum it up it, isn't fast but is not disappointingly slow Edited 25/04/22 11:36 AM by Puffwagon My shift
