I recently remortgaged and now pay a tad over $200pw. Sure the place is older and somewhat sh*thouse, but it does the essentials, has hella solar and has room for all the cars...including the ones I haven't bought yet :launch:

Speaking of, the retic out the front is f*cked, looks like the system was a DIY job because it wasn't done very well at all.

Will be watering by hand for the time being it seems.

 

Might get some happy snaps of the new place and throw them up at some point. Need to fix the grass first though ;)

yer the good thing about renting is not paying the rates and when sh*t goes wrong not having to pay up. but downside it the landlord can sell on you at any notice.

 

that's whats happening in my town. all the rentals are getting sold off and renters are becoming homeless as the new owners move in. mostly Melbournians.
