Surprising how many other people were washing their cars at 7pm on a Sunday night too. Surprising too how many people use the pressure washer and clean it themselves rather than drive through the Laser Wash. Not like you save any money, I tried it once and actually spent more money. Also not like their cars were mega filthy and needed high pressure wash up under the mudguards. I've seen a guy in a suit doing his Beemer there one day, I have to wonder why.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Ross all that time in the public service must have made you lethargic in everything you do. Whenever I go to the car wash I do it with the pressure hose $2 high pressure soap to get most of the dirt off, then the foamy brush. (clean brush with high pressure hose before use, in case the last b@stard to use it left it full of dirt)Rush about covering the whole car with bubbles before the time runs out then go back over and clean it at your leisure.Another $2 to rinse it all off.The laser wash starts at about twice that and will only clean a CLEAN car. If its too dirty it just comes out the other side dirty and wet. But I do perffer to do the job at home on the lawn with my Meguires wooley mit. I wouldn't use the car was brush if you paid me, regardless of how well it was cleaned before hand. I can really only wash my car at home on the driveway which is technically illegal with current water restrictions.
