Haha I still haven't done my diff bushes due to Captain Yeahnah. I'm thinking the Australia Day long weekend so I have time for unexpected issues given I've never done the job before and am replacing almost everything in the rear.

Went to Bunnings the other night and had to fold the rear seats down. The clunking from the rear was much louder and made me feel a bit sorry for the thing

Ah Bunnings, you go there to buy a $3.50 tap fitting and leave there with $350 worth of stuff.

Reminds me, I wanna go there to buy a reciprocating saw.

Yeah thanks again, I still may take you up on that offer sometime. My tuner asked about whether we should try setting it up with a tube to top port of gate with a mac 3 port or 4 port or the stock solenoid. Can stock solenoid do that? Or is all that just not necessary at all? Can it just be sorted with proper tuning with stock solenoid to bottom port? By the way, im not happy atm, wont be till iv sorted the current sensor, surging issue

A 4 port is used to give a wide range of boost control. You can make around 6x spring pressure so you can run a soft spring and low boost but also make sh*tloads of boost on the same spring. You can literally wire and plumb in a 4 port, adjust the tune and it's done. I don't recommend it for your application, it's not something you would benefit from at this point in time.

You can plumb the stock solenoid to control both sides of the gate but again isn't needed for your application. There is another way to plumb the factory system for even more boost but I'm keeping that one a secret ;)

Be aware that using the top port incorrectly can result in maxing out the turbo in the blink of an eye. This means all the boost, straight away, no lube.

Pic of factory solenoid controlling both sides of the gate cos we all like pics

Can I guess that you put a restrictor in the boost line?
