Given it spools about 500 or more rpm later than gt3582r. I am currently getting 16psi full boost at 2500-2600rpm running 19 psi springs. My gate is plumbed off housing and I suspect exhaust gasses are pushing gate valve open a bit and its only doing 16psi on guage. I thinking specifically about rods staying straight. I hate to sound like a broken record but you need to get it properly tuned with the factory boost control. That way you can bring the power in safely and let it rip out the back. Running a boost tee brings the boost in hard then falls over, this is the opposite of how you keep the rods in.

One of the UCA bushes has had some play for a while so I'll do the whole lot at once.Saw a good sale and scored Superpro hybrid centre and rear diff bushes, plus replacement UCAs for about $600. If you haven't pulled a cradle in the driveway, are you even a Falcon owner??

If you haven't used the superpro diff bushes yet you'll be very happy with your purchase.

Yeah factory bushes at the moment - picked.up they were toast before o bought it and so they had new Ford bushes installed. Can't complain too much about 5 years given its modified and has done plenty of hard on/off throttle on Snowys cruises!Actually I meant to say thanks - turns out my factory workshop manual download was missing a bunch of items, including rear suspension. The other day I found a link of yours in a thread and downloaded again.
