Zak George would say to just take the dog outside a lot more often until the dog realises that the only place to pee is outside, unless there's a specific circumstance that causes the pee (e.g. Overt/sudden excitement)

Sees a person, gets excited, comes over for a pat, pisses. Even when you go to him to take him outside, he will piss a bit as you're attaching his lead. Not a full piss, just enough to want to chuck him through the council woodchipper have to clean the floor every time. He is getting better but I thought it was funny enough to post google being a snowflake about it...so angry laughing???

Does sound like standard very young puppy stuff. Good that you're taking it in stride. Probably had plenty of experience of weird stuff like that with your own children? Haha
