To get running it needs an engine, exhaust manifold, injectors, turbo, ignition lock, fuel pump and whatever other sundries. I might chuck a stock motor back in the Territory and put the built one in the Falcon. Kill several birds with one stone like that. Not in a hurry though, so we'll see what happens down the track.
