Option 1) fix up falcon - will cost min $15K to get even close to where I want and at the end of the day it's just a BF series 1 Option 2) start to build locost/clubman - will take years, cost around $20K or more, but also fulfill a dream I've had for the last 17 years. Absolutely cane the falcon, be awesome fun in summer but absolutely rubbish in winter, full of compromises. Learn heaps of skills along the way, have lots of material for videos and photos (other hobbies of mine). Be fairly rare and immense fun. Best looking of the options in my opinion Option 3) buy a cheap project car to turn into race focused car - will most likely be CE Mirage/Lancer based, stripped of as much weight as possible, coilovers, 4G64 swap, magna brake upgrade, extra bracing etc etc. Probably around $5-6K total build, doing all the work myself. lots of opportunity to learn and gain new skills. require tow car and trailer so not as cheap as would appear. FWD so no drifties. Take up the most space one tow car and trailer factored in too, already running out of space. Option 4) be sensible and mature and boring, don't spend any extra money on cars, save a deposit for a property, will take years, will still have no money at the end, not really what I'm passionate about but has benefits such as my own property, more space, allow for other projects too, in theory should most likely go up in value, however personally believe the latest property bubble is about to burst in a massive way. Option 5) screw it all, save like crazy for another year or two, sell everything I have at the end, buy a one way plane ticket to a random place on a map and never come back. Appeals the most in many way, just doesn't have a plan beyond this and doesn't involve cars lol

Sont just look at buying in the eastern states. You can buy an appretment/small home or build a home here for not much more than 200k and rent it out for $270 a week. Covers its own mortgage, earns money over time... gets you in the property game, sets you up for future success rather than blowing the cash now you will have cash later. However, you only live once so it’s not for everyone.

Cause then you'll blame them. If you decide then you'll only have yourself to blame. Everyone has their own opions and thinks their way is the best way. If people have input, especially those who have done any/all of the above, I'm interested in their experiences and would take it into consideration, but yes I will make my own decision. I'm not going to blame anyone, especially anyone on a forum, for my life decisions lol

Youre a product of your own environment, surround yourself with people you want to be in ten years or ask them for advice. Ditto this forum is full of some very successful people in all respects, not just financially, but with family life, careers, property, cars etc etc ... use the knowledge pot. Doesn’t mean you follow everyone’s advice, but ten brains are better than one.
