for me I just gotta stop eating so much mcdonalds and stop getting uber eats everyday

uber eats has some decent healthier options (depending on what's close to you) - just stop ordering pizzas and burgers with 600ml Cokes ;)

I ❤️ Bananas dieting, had a few years with a girl who had a full blown eating disorder. couldn't even go to a restaurant together.

My ex had an eating disorder. Thought because she no longer starved herself that she had beaten it...don't mention the fact she would get up every night and eat and then not eat during the day and go run bulk km's on the treadmill to counter it...refused to get help, yet had proven she wasn't able to combat it herself and wouldn't let me help. Got really draining after a while because, as you say, simple things like going out for a meal or just having a fat day weren't a thing. She even used to do some sleep shift job where she was paid (like $7.5 an hour) to be on call for an MS care facility and sleep on some crappy sofa bed there so she didn't have access to food during the night to eat. Fark leaving my house at 9:30pm at night for $7 an hour...

I found the whole thing really sad. Also watched some Netflix movie about eating disorder...the mindset they're in is horrifying...

If you actually do some reading on how our body processes sugars and therefore fake sugar substitutes and sweetners, you would be hesitant putting pepsi max and coke diet versions or zero sugars in your body... far higher risk of diabetes and sugar issues long term.

I would rather moderate my sugar consumption with normal coke then drink sugar free freely and think I’m doing the right thing when I’m fact I’m tricking my body into not knowing how to process sugars long term.
