It only takes a few days to get used to being hungry until you aren't any more. Just make sure to stay away from calorie dense foods (like rabs steak) and you can't really go wrong. I'd still eat a steak though lol.

Lots of variery so it won’t get bland and boring. I’ve factored in a casein for night and a protein bar as a filler so eating 5 times a day but not majorly calorie intense. Pfft - would have been under 400 calories - days intake would have been about 1k in total Wagyu has a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat and low cholesterol content, making it the healthiest beef available.

I'll do it for about 6 to 8 weeks, lose 10kg, then decide what to do from there. I still have 216c, 87p and 58f, so while it seems like starving from the total calorie number, it's actually not that bad when you choose the right foods and drink plenty of water. I'm up to 3 or 4 meals per day now with the first one (apart from morning coffee) at midday. Lol it's a change from my previous maintenance but it seems too easy to get fat now and that's not good enough. Nvm Edit: at those fat levels you'd be lucky to have a 100g steak for 400 calories. Edit edit: I'd still eat a steak
