I tried lucid dreaming once or twice. The first time was when I was a kid, about 10yo.

I was dreaming that I was walking up a mountain in qld with a mother hen and her chicks, and when I realized I was asleep, I said "see ya later chickens" and flew off the mountain and out over the town.

@Miss Cornwall

Have you tried astral projection, only way I can explain it is stay awake while you fall asleep and relax. You will feel your body sink into the bed, your body will feel like stone. You'll feel like your being attacked though but once you get a little stronger dont see why it should be pleasurable.

The more you do it the easier it gets, I did it for about 2 weeks, but it got too much for me, I think my mind is too weak for it. I dont know how to control anything.

Might start again tonight, look it up, then you'll see what you have to do.

The craziest thing that happened was like I was looking through a  calidescope. But it was everywhere I looked in the room. No I wasn't drunk or high Fark ya.

I snapped myself out of it real fast because it feels like your falling and anxiety sets in hard haha.

Not even kidding I thought this just happened to everyone when falling asleep... happens to me quite often what you’re talking about I think. It used to freak me out heaps years ago.... then I kinda got used to it and started to like it.

Also I have been a lucid dreamer since I was a kid. If I am having a bad dream I have the ability to wake myself up and then re enter my dream but change the outcome to one I desire.

Have been able to do it forever... after I had a bad dream when I was five about my mum and dad in frankenstines castle being kidnapped... I remember it vividly... and I was so distraught and didn’t wanna wake anyone up so I tried really hard to think about it over and over and fall asleep and sure enough I did and I went back and consciously saved them.

I never had a bad dream as a child since that warranted parental attention

Well you can do it naturally then, look it up and focus a bit on it. Who knows, might be a new chapter in your life. No harm in not doing it.

I'm not really talking about being asleep though and dreaming,your still awake. It's just your body that sleeps in a way. Too hard to explain. Just look it up😁
