It’s in extreme close proximity to the refueling depot and after staff started having headaches, extreme fuel smells wafting over etc... it was made ubundantly clear we needed to investigate. Exxon Mobil contacted us for a meeting then denied all requested documentation to enable us to put in procedures. I think they’re concerned they’ve cut corners maybe. So now we’re going to have to push it further with Adelaide airport itself to see why they had no issue with us building there in the first place or tests never were conducted. that's the basic version. I was under the impression that the Freedom of Information Act gives you a legal right to request access to documents held by state government agencies, and local councils.
