My body clock is way too sensitive to sleeping in hey...if I did then I wouldn't get to sleep tonight. I never used to get it, but now if I ever do sleep in the day feels super short. Ideally I'd get up at the same time on break as when I'm on site, as I'd probably establish a better and more regulated sleeping pattern...but don't know that I can bring myself to get up at 4:45am on break, largely coz then having to go to bed at like 9-9:30pm on break seems inconvenient if catching up with friends etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
