Haha yeah. Seems to be two scenarios with these:

If you want to remove the pipe "Mate those things are impossible to budge loose. It is going to take me a few hours and cost you lots of money."

When you want a service: "Turbo falcon is it? Mate those nuts basically fall off by themselves and so as part of the service I need to get in there and check them. It is going to cost you a lot of money."

oh, the manifold-to-exhaust-housing nuts definitely work their way loose. Haven't seen the dump-to-exhaust-housing ones loose in the same way, personally, but I've heard of it happening. But I've definitely rounded some nuts on the dump-to-exhaust-housing trying to get the factory nuts off :)
