There's more to it than exercise man.

I'm pretty sure people will care if you die from a heart attack or stroke due to high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels.

Diabetes cares

actually... it's just a definition of either a lack of insulin production or a over-production of insulin. The first one (type 1 diabetes) is either genetic or physical damage based. The second one is due to your body not being able to correctly handle the fat and carbohydrate intake over a long period of time. The second one (type 2 diabetes) has a greatly reduced risk of occurring if you exercise regularly. Good enough for me :spoton:

I agree with Keefe
I eat whatever I want
The difference being, Mrs BCB cooks delishiously wonderful meals with whole foods
ie: fresh vegetables, fish, rice etc
I still consume far 2 much sugar (apparently)
Being on holiday however, its just eat, eat, eat whatever

It's not exercise that prevents type 2, it's not weighing too much. Other factors aside, weight is dictated by diet rather than exercise.

If you eat too much, your pancreas can only produce so much insulin before it can't handle the amount of ingested food.

You can be type 2 whether you're an out of shape fat fark or a ripped bodybuilder.
