Will only affect you if you go back to vic and get pulled over again, they will see the unpaid fine against you in Vic. You also shouldnt get any demerit points taken for it either as it was in another state. Easy to contest though as you can say you didnt know thr area and got confused etc etc. Play the whole out of state game, if you have decent record it wont get a 2nd lookNot true at all.
