The funniest time was teasing the HR lady, she's a nice person but her scowl scares the hell out of people. One day I was helping the HR lady sitting next to her and she hung the phone up and swore about bloody voice activated phone systems. So I asked what was wrong and apparently Telstra's system couldn't understand what she was asking for after being in a queue for quite a while.
